Cornellà City Council Platform, a customized tool to manage incidents without dramas

Cornellà City Council has more than 800 public employees. And, as anywhere else, the technology sometimes fails. The brief: a bespoke platform to report and handle IT incidents with no complications, no lost emails and no frozen computer turning into a crisis.

We built the platform from scratch: one place that centralises every incident, sorts it and sees it through. On solid infrastructure that holds up even with all 800 people inside at once.

We made it easy to use — intuitive, no training course needed — and automated the tedious part: ticket assignment, notifications, reminders. The IT team fixes things instead of chasing them. And it is ready to grow with the Council.
