The brief

Olivia is a technology consultancy that helps companies run their business end to end with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform: services, projects, distribution and manufacturing. Serious work, with a human approach, that their digital presence did not back up.

They needed a website worthy of their vision. No templates, no shortcuts: a new digital identity from top to bottom.

What we did

We created their digital identity from scratch. A new corporate identity, elegant, professional and with plenty of character, and a fully custom web design, no templates, that applies it on every page.

We organised the offer around what happens to the client, not around the product name: improve your management, speed up your sales; and by sector, professional services, projects, distribution, manufacturing. Visitors recognise themselves in two clicks; the name of the software comes later.

Underneath, custom code tuned to the millimetre: performance, smooth navigation and maximum compatibility. And bilingual, Spanish and Catalan, with the same structure.

We ran a corporate photo shoot with the team. A consultancy sells people, and stock photos do not sign projects. The faces on the website are the ones who show up to the meeting.

The key

Business software is hard to sell because every partner says the same thing. The key was not talking about the product on the home page: talk about what hurts in a company (control, sales, processes) and put a face to the team that fixes it. Pretty on the outside. Beast on the inside.

Beast on the inside

“Custom code” sounds like a stock phrase until you measure it. It means the website does not load twenty scripts from a template it never uses; that each page weighs what it should weigh; that the “call me back” form reaches a phone and not a forgotten inbox; and that switching language does not switch website. In a technology consultancy, the website is the first demo of how they work: if it is slow, nobody believes the part about performance.

And the photography is not decoration. The team photos hold up the company page, the sector pages and the sales proposals. A photo shoot done properly pays for itself with every meeting it wins.

One question, one phone field, one yellow button. That's it. Six Microsoft products and a list you can actually follow. The other half of the ERP: the half that brings the money. An ERP is bought at a desk, but it's found on a phone. One sector, one page, three numbers backing it up. ERP consulting is this: two people and one screen. Before anything gets configured, somebody draws it on the glass. Logo on the wall, work on the laptop.
