Hexio, the bespoke ERP, CRM and HR system we run the agency on

A small agency ends up paying for six subscriptions to do one thing: work. Invoicing in one place, tasks in another, documents in a third, time tracking in a fourth — and none of them talk to each other. That was us.

So instead of adding more browser tabs, we built the tool. Hexio is an ERP, CRM and HR system in a single web app: the intranet we use to run the agency and every one of our clients. It’s coming to market soon.

One login, one database. Clients, proposals, contracts, quotes, income, expenses, bank reconciliation, accounting, projects, tasks, content, SEO, analytics, payroll, time tracking and tickets. Think Holded + Notion + ClickUp + Factorial merged, with one difference: the modules talk to each other. The revenue chart knows where the invoices come from and the tasks know who is doing them.

Genuinely modular. More than 50 modules you switch on only when you need them. No paying for «company sizes» or for features you will never open.

And bespoke when something is missing. That’s the real difference from a closed SaaS: if you need a module that doesn’t exist, it gets built. That’s why we run very different clients on it without forcing anyone to change how they work.

Self-hosted, in the EU, with AI over your own data. European hosting and GDPR, integrations with Stripe, PSD2 banking, Google, SMTP, Cloudflare or Verifactu, and an AI that answers questions about your actual data — not a generic one. White-label ready.

Management tools almost always fail for the same reason: they make you work their way. Hexio exists because we would rather change the software than change the method — and because a product you use every day in your own company doesn’t let you leave it half finished.
