Digital coverage service for events and social networks of the City Council of Esplugues

A city never sits still: fairs, concerts, openings, council meetings, guided walks… and all of it has to be told while it happens. Esplugues de Llobregat City Council wanted what goes on in the street to go on onscreen too. No cold announcements, no dull photos — municipal communication that moves you and, where it can, raises a smile.

We set up Esplugues Conecta, the city’s digital loudspeaker. Camera in hand and stories at the ready: we film, we photograph and we turn it straight into content for social. Reels with rhythm, stories with spark and posts that connect.

Over two years we covered up to 280 occasions when Esplugues puts its best face on, side by side with the Council’s Communications Department. Because communicating isn’t only informing — it’s moving people.
