For two years we were the town council's camera and phone out on the street. It was called Esplugues Conecta: the digital coverage service through which we turned up to 280 fairs, concerts, openings, council meetings and guided walks into reels, stories and posts, side by side with the Communication department.
We came away with a simple idea that holds just as well for a shop, a restaurant or a local organisation: local social media works when it shows what's really going on, and for that you have to be there. We don't post for the sake of posting and we don't promise virality. We do strategy, original content and day-to-day management, with people who can turn up at your business with a camera without catching a train.
A remote community manager leans on templates and stock libraries. We come to your business, shoot in batches, and the feed ends up looking like you.
Your followers live in and around Esplugues. We know what people talk about here, which dates get them out of the house and which tone grates.
If you put on an event, we can be there and post it on the spot, not a week later.
Two social media jobs done in Esplugues: the council's digital coverage, and Esplugues i Punt!, a belonging campaign designed for stories, municipal screens and lamppost banners.
If there's a mess on the street, you're sure to see it in stories.

Pride, diversity and good vibes. That's Esplugues.
View case study →It depends on how many networks, how many pieces a month and whether we produce the content. We'd rather propose a few good pieces than a package of thirty filler posts, and the quote comes in writing.
The ones your customers use. One well-run profile does more than five abandoned ones, so the first thing we decide with you is where not to be.
Yes, that's the point of sharing a town. It's how we work with Modèlic, a sourdough bakery in Sant Feliu de Llobregat: sessions in the bakehouse and the shop, and out comes content for weeks.
Yes. Esplugues Conecta was exactly that: municipal communication told at social media pace and coordinated with the council's Communication team.
That works too. We prepare the strategy, calendar and templates, train you, and you run it. If one day you need extra hands, you know where we are.
