Culture, festivals and events.

An identity people recognise. A programme they can navigate. Pieces that work before, during and after the event. Let’s make them speak with one voice.

How the commission changes

The experience begins before the doors open.

What we can get moving

Three starting points. Scope and deliverables are defined in the proposal.

01

An edition’s identity

Visual concept, poster and a system of digital and print adaptations. We make room for artists, dates, sponsors and practical information without losing the event’s character.

02

From programme to ticket

A website with artists, dates, venues and links to ticketing platforms. Architecture, design, development and an editing system for programme updates.

03

Capturing what happens

Photography, video, social content and post-event editing. We agree key moments, accreditation, deliverables and permissions before picking up a camera.

Work you can explore

Identity, programme and ticket access: specific contributions to cultural projects.

Blaumarí: visual identity and website to introduce the festival and roll out its brand.

ALMA Festival: redesign and maintenance of a website focused on the programme, artists and tickets.

The Lord of the Rings in Concert: a website bringing dates and cities together and linking to ticket sales.

From first conversation to handover

01

Find the concept

We establish the event, audience and edition. Messages, formats, calendar and approval responsibilities are agreed.

02

Build the system

We validate a lead piece and its adaptation rules, or the website journey, before extending the design.

03

Roll out the pieces

We produce the agreed formats, adding programme details, artist material and sponsors from an approved version.

04

Support the edition

We coordinate publication and programme changes. Where coverage is included, we deliver the archive and edits specified in the brief.

What we bring together

From your team

  • Confirmed programme, venues, dates and ticket links.
  • Authorised artist material, logos and sponsor commitments.
  • One person to coordinate reviews, announcement dates and accreditation.

Before the next step

  • Concept and lead piece, before adaptations.
  • Names, dates, supplied prices and logos, before publishing or printing.
  • A route for late changes: who confirms, who publishes and on which channels.

Give the next edition a voice of its own.

Tell us the format, how far along the programme is and what needs to get moving. We will build the scope around that calendar.
