Master Consulting
Experience you can see.
The brief
Master Consulting has spent more than 40 years finding board members and senior executives: a Spanish-owned multinational group with offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon and a presence in more than 30 countries through its Alliance Partnership International and Experts for Experts networks.
All that standing… and a digital presence that was not a match for it. The brief: make the website speak the same language as the brand. Solidity, trust, craft.
What we did
We rebuilt their corporate identity from top to bottom, aiming to convey professionalism and trust without any fuss. In executive search, discretion is part of the service, and the brand had to say so without saying it.
We developed a custom website organised the way a firm like this is read: who we are (group, values), what we do (direct executive search, independent board members, organisational consulting, management team assessment), methodology, news and publications. Each service explained for the person hiring, not for the person delivering it.
We gave the international network room. A group with partners in more than thirty countries has to show them: its own offices and partner firms with names, websites and contacts, because that network is the product.
We finished with a search visibility strategy to gain ground in a field as competitive as headhunting, built on the group’s own publications and news: content they already had and nobody could find.
Putting a face to experience.
In executive search the website is not read by the candidate: it is read by the board deciding who to hand the search to. The key was designing for that reader: track record, method, network and publications before any promise.

What an executive search website needs
The offer and the method each have their own space. Services: executive search, independent board members, organisational consulting and team assessment. Methodology: from defining the role to selection and follow-up. The network and publications complete the introduction to the firm.
Everything else is surplus. An executive search website looks more like an office than a shop, and that is how we designed it.

The offer and the people.
The services page introduces the areas of expertise. “About us” puts the team in context. Two original pieces explain the offer and the people behind it.
